Windows 10 itself isn't a problem with RS or the cable but real tone cable driver download unique combination of hardware and software plus configurations and settings would be hard for us to diagnose.
The UBI guys should have a long list of things to check. I think there is a windows 10 thread on the Ubisoft RS forum if you want to wade through the many pages of it. Then they told me two advices re-install driver and change usb portthat I've already done by myself and I told them about that, so the answer looks like a stupid placeholderso I guess there's no chance to get some help from ubi support. Some USB ports will need xhci or legacy modes disable/enabled in the bios.. gotta experiment here
