I am not talking Haynes, I want a true to life factory service manual that will tell me how to take apart the car and put it back together again, torque settings, wiring diagrams, etc.
Thank you for any information you can provide. I just found a post that had a phone number for the manual. Is there any other avenues? Most cars I have owned there is a PDF version out on the net to download. Does anyone know of one of those out there?

Seriously though, I'm pretty sure that Ford doesn't offer a PDF service manual. The Ford service manuals that I've used lately ford fusion service manual free download all been hyper-linked things where there is no high-level schematic.
Just a bunch of small pages with a few components and links to similar pages showing what they are connected to. They are fairly easy to navigate, but I miss the days of the nice big paper EVTM manuals.

Having a book in hand is more practical. But in this case, a book can't replace this software even by far. This car is too complex to be detailed in a book. The software is interactive and incredibly complete with thousands of images, electrical diagrans, information of each connector pin-by-pin, location, interactive diagnose tutorials, etc, etc and covers all Fords.
